Colorado DHS Seeks Care Management Entity Services In El Paso County, RFP NCRK1303011OBH

Colorado is planning to launch a pilot project in which a care management entity (CME) will coordinate care for children with serious emotional disturbances and co-occurring disorders who are placed out of home or are at imminent risk of being placed out of home in El Paso County. Since 2011, the state has been developing plans for a system of care expansion, and in 2012 received a four-year federal implementation grant to fund the pilot.
