Oceans Healthcare Names Stuart Archer CEO

Oceans Healthcare has named healthcare executive Stuart Archer as chief executive officer (CEO). Mr. Archer, who has extensive experience in the management of multi-state and multi-site healthcare operations will lead all facets of the nationally recognized behavioral health provider, which includes 14 inpatient behavioral healthcare facilities and eight intensive outpatient programs in Louisiana and Texas. He succeeds current Oceans CEO and co-founder, Jason Reed, who will remain a member of the Oceans board of directors.
