WellCare & Missouri Care Receive NCQA Quality Accreditation For Its Medicaid Health Plan In Missouri

WellCare Health Plans Inc. announced that the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has awarded an accreditation status of Accredited to the Medicaid health plan offered by WellCare's Missouri Care Health Plan. As of Sept. 30 2014 Missouri Care serves approximately 101,000 MO HealthNet Managed Care (Medicaid) members. WellCare Health Plans Inc. provides managed care services targeted to government-sponsored health care programs focusing on Medicaid and Medicare.
