Michigan Seeks Building Community Partners Support Services (ITB FP-15-82001)

The Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) released the invitation to bid (ITB FP15-82001) on July 22, 2014 seeking proposals to provide Building Community Partners support and parent partner supervisor and program manager services in Wayne County. By the August 19 deadline, DHS had received five proposal, and awarded contracts to Spectrum Child and Family Services and Judson Center.
