Rhode Island Senate Fiscal Office Report: FY2015 Budget As Enacted Including FY 2014 Revised Budget

In this document dated July 1, 2014, the Rhode Island legislature presented a budget summary for fiscal year 2015. The Health and Human Services budget reflects changes in state funding due to Medicaid expansion and expiration of a Medicaid waiver with provisions that allowed the state to use Medicaid funds for the costs of not otherwise matchable services (CNOMS). The CNOMS included services provided to individuals not otherwise eligible for Medicaid.
