N.C. Medicaid and N.C. Health Choice Preferred Drug List Changes, January 2015
On January 1, 2015, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) added psychotropic medications to the Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL) for the first time, and implemented a fail-first policy for antipsychotic medications.
