Pennsylvania Application For Medicaid Balancing Incentive Program

Pennsylvania submitted its application for the program in April 2014. The state is planning to increase access to home- and community-based long-term services and supports (LTSS), and decrease its reliance on institutional care. The goal is that after making the improvements, at least half of state Medicaid LTSS spending will be for community-based services.
