New York OMIG Audit Protocol OPWDD Day Habilitation

The New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) released new guidelines for audit protocols for developmental disability support services in preparation for provider organization audits expected to generate $40 million in recoveries during state fiscal year 2013-2014. The audit recoveries are a budget provision for the New York Office of Persons With Disabilities (OPWDD).
