Texas House Bill 915 Of 2013 Relating To The Administration & Monitoring Of Health Care Provided To Foster Children

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is implementing new provisions to strengthen how it monitors psychotropic medications used by foster children. The provisions are part of Texas House Bill (HB) 915. Governor Rick Perry signed the bill on May 29, and the bill goes into effect on September 1, 2013.
