Connecticut SB 972, An Act Concerning the Mental, Emotional, and Behavioral Health of Youths

Connecticut Senate Bill (SB) 972 directs the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) in developing a comprehensive implementation plan for meeting the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of all children in the state, and preventing or reducing the long-term negative impact of mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues. The DCF commissioner must submit the implementation plan by October 14, 2014 to the governor and general assembly.
