Nebraska Legislative Bill 530 Of 2013, An Act Relating To Foster Care

Nebraska’s Legislative Bill 530 brings the state’s foster care reimbursement rates in line with the rates of the rest of the country and develops a pilot project to implement the standard level of care assessment tools recommended by the Foster Care Reimbursement Rate Committee. The Nebraska Children’s Commission will appoint the Foster Care Reimbursement Rate Committee by January 1, 2016.
