Notice For Public Hearing For Georgias Foster Care & Adoption Assistance Section 1115 Waiver Demonstration Research Application

The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) seeks to enroll the state's 11,000 foster children into a Medicaid care management organization (CMO) that will provide all needed health care services. Currently children in the foster care system are enrolled in fee-for-service Medicaid. This notice provides an outline of the state's plans.
