Central Oregon Health Council: Update To The House Healthcare Committee On SB 204

The Central Oregon Health Council updated the Oregon House Healthcare Committee on its activities governing PacificSource Community Solutions, which was endorsed as the Medicaid Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) for the region in 2012. In this presentation, the council described its implementation of the regional health improvement plan, current initiatives, and plans for new initiatives. One of the new initiatives is a pilot of Sustaining Healthcare Across integrated Primary care Efforts (SHAPE), a global payment model developed by the Colorado Beacon Consortium to support integrated behavioral health in primary care settings.
