On June 25, 2013, California’s San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) awarded contracts at a combined value of about $2.6 million to Pacific Clinics and South Coast Children’s Society, Inc., dba South Coast Community Services to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Adult Mental Health Clubhouse Programs located in the Morongo Basin/Desert Region, East Valley Region, and Central Valley Region of San Bernardino County.
