Delaware State Standards For Assertive Community Treatment & Intensive Care Management Services 2013

This provider certification manual for community support services programs, released by the Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA), contains Delaware state standards for assertive community treatment (ACT) and intensive care management (ICM). The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health uses these standards to certify ACT and ICM programs for persons with psychiatric disabilities. Certification is required for provider enrollment with the DMMA program for Medicaid reimbursement through the rehabilitative services option of Title XIX of the Social Security Amendments.
