New Mexico HSD Sole Source Contract With La Frontera Center, Inc.

The New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) finalized a sole source emergency contract with Arizona-based La Frontera Center to provide public behavioral health services between July 1 and December 31, 2013. HSD is finalizing a total of five such emergency contracts because HSD is investigating allegations of fraud and mismanagement at the 15 behavioral health provider organizations that serve about 85% of New Mexico's behavioral health consumers.
