This audit was performed by the New York State Comptroller’s Office to determine whether payments made by the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) to the Association for the Advancement of Blind and Retarded People (AABR) for the Options for People Through Services (OPTS) program were supported and program-appropriate.
