New Mexico HSD Sole Source Contract With Lifewell/Turquoise Health and Wellness

The New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) entered into five short-term sole source contracts with five behavioral health provider organizations from neighboring Arizona that will provide direct services to consumers as well as management consulting services to 15 organizations being investigated to clear allegations of potential Medicaid fraud. The five Arizona organizations will serve the 15 organizations' clients after the current leadership steps down.
