Pennsylvania DPW Letter To Medicaid Assistance Advisory Committee Regarding CMS Concern About Behavioral HealthChoices Procurement

The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s (DPW’s) cover letter to members of the Medical Assistance Advisory Committee and interested stakeholders states that the DPW is making arrangements to talk with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to discuss the structure of Pennsylvania’s procurement process. Once DPW and CMS have had this conversation, the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services will hold a web conference to take questions and distribute information.
