Veterans Affairs RFP VA74113R0199 Seeking Home Health Care Services Project

On September 30, 2013, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Health Administration Center awarded a $4.3 million contract to Xerox Federal Solutions, LLC, to provide services for the Home Health Care Services Project. The project is designed to integrate and coordinate non-VA home health care services authorized under the Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care and purchased from community health provider organizations at VA expense.
