Settlement Notice To Class Members In Castro et al. v. Emeritus Corporation et al.

This document is a proposed settlement agreement to a class action lawsuit about fair wages. The class includes people who were employed between March 3, 2007 and May 10, 2013, for at least 105 work weeks as hourly wage direct support staff at assisted living facilities located in California that were owned or operated by Emeritus corporation or Summerville at Harden Ranch LLC. A fairness hearing on the proposed settlement is scheduled for September 27, 2013.
