Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services Memorandum Of Understanding With New York Department Of Health Regarding Demonstration Project ForMedicare-Medicaid Dual Eligibles

On August 26, 2013, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the New York State Department of Health (DOH) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) the governs the terms of New York’s planned demonstration project to integrate Medicare and Medicaid services for beneficiaries dually eligible for both programs. The project is slated to start by July 2014 and run through December 2017.
