California Senate Bill 468 Of 2013 To Implement Self-Direction For Regional Center Services

October 1, 2013
The legislation, Senate Bill (SB) 468, requires the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to oversee all 21 regional centers statewide as each implements voluntary self-directed developmental disability services over a three-year period.
