Oklahoma Medical Board Proposed Rule Regarding Telemedicine

The Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision proposed rule contains new provisions on establishing a physician/patient relationship and on telemedicine; and amends the sections on definitions and medical licensure examination. The proposed amendment adds definitions relating to telemedicine, and update the passing score language of medical licensure examinations to reflect current reporting standards by the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination program.
