Maine Attorney General Motion To Dismiss In Maine Pharmacy Association, et al., v. Maine Attorney General, et al.,
October 30, 2013
On October 9, 2013, a new Maine law went into effect and made Maine the first state in the U.S. to officially allow residents to directly import cheaper prescription drugs from pharmacies licensed in Canada, Britain, Northern Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
