In this letter, Crisis Access of Colorado protested the Colorado Department of Human Services' cancellation of a contract award to provide statewide crisis stabilization, mobile crisis, and crisis residential/respite services as part of a behavioral health crisis services system. The state cancelled the awards on November 1, 2013 after a review of the procurement and evaluation process found irregularities.
