New Mexico Attorney General Release: 2013 HSD Behavioral Health Provider Organization Audits

On January 29, 2015, the incoming New Mexico Attorney General released the full text of a 2013 audit of the state’s 15 largest non-profit behavioral health provider organizations serving the safety net population that resulted in Medicaid payholds and allegations of fraud by the Human Services Department (HSD).
