January 4, 2008 This bulletin issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services division outlined the steps needed to integrate efforts by service providers, managed care organizations, local education agencies, and school assistance programs for those school-age children in need of rehabilitation or hospitalization.
