Judge Rotenberg Center Level III Certification Report

December 17, 2007 The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (Center) received a conditional one-year reauthorization from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation (DMR). The reauthorization specifies that the Center must implement a corrective plan for its use of Level III behavior modification aversive techniques, which include electric shock skin stings used with abusive and aggressive residents.
