National Institute on Drug Abuse Draft Strategic Plan
January 8, 2008 The National Institute on Drug Abuse has released a draft of its strategic plan for further research to prevent and treat drug abuse and addiction. The directions of the research are grouped into four major goal areas, each with their own objectives: prevention, treatment, HIV/AIDS, and cross-cutting priorities.
