Texas DFPS RFI 530-09-0002 for Intensive Psychiatric Transition Program Services

January 14, 2008 The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is soliciting responses to the questions posed in this request for information (RFI) to obtain information and gain knowledge that will assist it in drafting a solicitation instrument for a possible procurement of intensive psychiatric transition program (IPTP) services for children in the Departments conservatorship. Responses are due by February 12, 2008. DFPS released an emergency solicitation for IPTP services to select residential treatment facilities meeting pre-defined qualifications in September 2007.
