January 2008 The period under review for the case reviews was from April 1, 2006 to September 10, 2007. The findings were derived from the following documents and data collection procedures: The Statewide Assessment, prepared by the Children, Adults and Families Division (CAF) of the Oregon Department of Human Services. The State Data Profile, prepared by the Children's Bureau, which provides State child welfare data for Federal fiscal years 2003, 2004, and 2005.
