Protecting the Medicaid Safety Net Act of 2008

March 13, 2008 House Resolution 5613 was introduced to the United States House of Representatives to enact a one-year moratorium on all seven recent Medicaid regulations to restrict case management activities. The bill would extend certain moratoria and impose additional moratoria on certain Medicaid regulations through April 1, 2009. The bill has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
