Medicaid Program: Home and Community-Based State Plan Services

April 4, 2008 This proposed rule, issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, allows states to set their own eligibility or needs-based criteria for providing home-and community-based services without a waiver. State plans must meet outlined criteria of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005.
