Florida Senate Bill 1660

May 8, 2009 On May 8, 2009, the Florida Legislature passed Senate Bill (SB) 1660 that will require the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to assign a priority rating to clients waiting for waiver services. SB 1660 also directs APD to eliminate medication review services and creates the Prepaid Services for Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities Study Group to evaluate the creation of a prepaid service plan for children with disabilities.
