June 2, 2008 On May 15, 2008, Ontario legislators introduced the Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008 to modernize and improve service delivery for adults with developmental disabilities. On June 2, 2008, it was referred to the Standing Committee on Social Policy for a second reading and amendments.
