Project HealthDesign: Rethinking the Power & Potential of Personal Health Records
June 17, 2009 Project HealthDesign was created by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to explore the potential of personal health records (PHRs) to help people make sense of their daily health and take informed actions. Nine grantee teams received funding to create prototype user-centered computer, PDA, or cell phone applications that addressed specific self-management tasks to promote better health and wellness.
