June 2, 2008 On June 2, 2008, the Georgia Mental Health Service Delivery Commission released its initial findings and recommendations to strengthen community-based services and improve treatment and care in state hospitals. Key recommendations include creation of a behavioral health collaborative to develop a behavioral health strategic plan and standardizing medication access and case management functions.
