Maryland Deviates From Best Practice in Juvenile Justice Reform
May 22,2008 On May 22, 2008, the Advocates for Children and Youth (ACY) released a study indicating that Maryland's Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is not replicating the success of the Missouri Model in its new Victor Cullen treatment center.
