Kansas RFP for Reintegration/Foster Care/Adoption Services

June 30, 2008 RFP 11484 seeks a reintegration/foster care/adoption contractor to work with families who have children in SRS custody who are placed outside of the home. The contractor will provide placement services for the child and case management services to the child and family while the child is in out-of-home placement through a 12-month aftercare period. Proposals are due August 26, 2008. Awards may be made by region Southeast/South Central, West, Northeast, Kansas City Metro, and Wichita or may be statewide.
