North Carolina DHHS Overview of the New CAP/MRDD Tiered Waivers

May 2008 This document explains the special plan amendment submitted to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
