February 2008 February 2008 The Federal Child and Family Services Review (CSFR) for the State of Arizona identified areas of high performance as well as areas of concern. The CFSR team found the following specific areas of strength, in which 90% of cases met the standard: absence of repeat maltreatment; avoidance of foster care reentry; and preservation of family relationships through placements near family and placement with siblings.
