Illinois Department of Health Response to Questions Concerning Request for Proposals

April 18, 2007 On April 18, 2007, the Illinois Department of Health Services (DHS) released responses to questions submitted a vendor's conference and to the procurement officer regarding a March request for proposals (RFP). The DHS was looking for an organization to provide administrative services as it transitions from a grant-based to a fee-for-service financing system.
