Benchmark Report for the 2007 Survey of Foster Parents & Caregivers in Washington State
September 2007 The Social and Economic Sciences Research Center (SESRC) conducted an anonymous telephone survey of foster parents and relative caregivers between April and July 2007 for the Braam Panel. The Braam Panel is a committee of child care experts who routinely establish professional standards and benchmarks for the Division of Children and Family Services of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.
