New Jersey Seeks Child Welfare Reform Plan: Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for Adolescent Females

October 27, 2008 The New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Addiction Services (DAS) and New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF), Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) are soliciting proposals to develop comprehensive and enhanced residential substance abuse treatment services for adolescent females. Specifically, funds are available for highly vulnerable, substance abusing adolescents between 13 and 18 years of age who may be involved with DYFS.
