Dashboards, Benchmarking & More: Real-time Information For Organizational Improvement

The description of the Pennsylvania Community Providers Association (PCPA) benchmarking initiative was the topic of a presentation entitled,"Real-Time Information for Organizational Improvement," given by David Doty, Ph.D., on October 30 at the 2008 Institute for Behavioral Health Informatics. Dr. Doty is the compliance and organizational improvement director of Friendship House, a PCPA member which provides a continuum of child welfare programs in eastern Pennsylvania.
