November 5, 2007 The New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Addiction Services seeks proposals for substance abuse treatment pursuant to the Bloodborne Disease Harm Reduction Act for a mobile medication unit that will provide methadone maintenance, suboxone detoxification and induction, maintenance, and corresponding office based services six days per week to intravenous drug users in Asbury Park, East Orange, Elizabeth, Irvington, Jersey City, Newark, New Brunswick, or Plainfield.
