December, 2007 "Several Integrated Care Program (ICP) states are interested in obtaining information from Special Needs Plans (SNPs) on Medicare services they provide that may overlap with Medicaid services, and on the assumptions SNPs are making with respect to the cost sharing payments they expect to receive from or on behalf of dual eligible beneficiaries.
