October 31, 2008 The Georgia Department of Human Services seeks a vendor to provide forensic psychiatric hospital services. The requested services would be provided to individuals ordered by the court to be confined to a psychiatric hospital. The services will be provided at the Central State Hospital Campus. Proposals are due by January 26, 2009. An award announcement will be released on or about March 2, 2009. The selected vendor will operate the Cook and Culver Kidd facilities on the Central State campus. Services will start at the Cook facility no later than 60 days after the contract starts.
