November 3, 2008 The Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a contractor to provide child welfare and foster care services in Circuit 19, for Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties. The initial term of the contract shall be for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2014.
